1.Custom Product Policy

1.1Order Confirmation & Process

Once a custom order is submitted (including the provision of pet photos and any other customization details), it is considered an agreement to commence the custom service. Since our products are custom – made, Yimi’s Pawfect cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for custom orders once they are placed.

1.2 Portrait Approval Process

Upon completion of the hand – painted portrait, we will contact you for final approval before proceeding with the jewelry fabrication. If you are not satisfied with the portrait, you need to clearly specify the “specific points for modification”. Then, please wait for the re – worked portrait and confirm it again. If we do not receive a response within three (3) business days, the order will automatically proceed to the next stage of production. Any subsequent modifications or rework required due to the customer’s lack of response during this approval window will be subject to additional fees.

1.3 Handmade Product Policy & Care

Please be aware that each items from Yimi’s Pawfect a unique, handcrafted piece. The following characteristics are inherent to artist process and materials, and are not considered product defects:

Artistic Nature of Portraits: Each pet portrait is individually hand-painted. As such, it may contain subtle artistic variations and does not guarantee 100% photographic accuracy. For reference, please view the finished examples showcased on our website.

Unique Natural Materials: The portrait is crafted on a natural mother-of-pearl base. Each shell possesses its own unique growth lines, luster, and texture, which contribute to the one-of-a-kind character of your jewelry.

Craftsmanship & Dimensions: As each piece is entirely handmade, there may be slight tool marks or minor deviations from the marked dimensions due to manual measurement and crafting.

Product Care & Lifetime: The long-term appearance of your jewelry is subject to your care. Damage resulting from daily wear, including but not limited to friction, contact with chemicals (e.g., perfume, cosmetics), prolonged exposure to sunlight, or moisture, is not covered under our warranty and is the responsibility of the owner.

These characteristics do not constitute grounds for return or refund.

2.Shipping&Delivery Policy

2.1 Processing Time: The Art of Customization

To ensure the high – degree resemblance of the portraits, all Yimi’s Pawfect works are painstakingly crafted by Yimi alone, without any assistance from other workers.As a result, the number of orders taken each time is limited.Customers who have successfully placed an order and are in the queue will need to wait for YIMI to craft your jewelry order.

Your custom journey unfolds in two dedicated stages:

Stage 1: Hand-Painted Portrait Creation

Stage 2: Jewelry Crafting & Final Assembly

Current Processing Time: 2-4 weeks from the date of order confirmation.these timelines are approximate and subject to change.

2.2 Shipping Time & Global Free Shipping

Once your piece is perfected, it will be dispatched with our care.

Shipping Method: We ship globally via reliable postal and courier services (e.g., International Priority Mail, or other tracked services).

Global Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping worldwide on all orders. This is our commitment to sharing the love for pets everywhere.

Estimated Transit Time: After dispatch, please allow approximately 10-15 business days for shipping and final delivery. This timeframe can vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Please Note: These timeframes are estimates. During peak seasons or due to unforeseen global events, delays may occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

2.3 Address Accuracy

You are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Yimi’s Pawfect is not responsible for items lost, delayed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Any fees required for re-shipping in such cases will be the responsibility of the customer.

2.4 Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send a confirmation email with your unique tracking number and a link to track your package. You can use this to monitor the logistics progress in real-time.

2.5 Shipping Delays

While we ensure your item is dispatched correctly, delays can occasionally happen due to customs clearance, postal service disruptions, or force majeure events.

Delays: If your tracking information has not updated for over 20 business days beyond the estimated delivery date, please contact us with your order number and tracking details. We will gladly assist in investigating the status with the carrier.

Please Note: Yimi’s Pawfect cannot be held liable for delays caused by factors outside our direct control, such as customs hold-ups, natural disasters, or changes in international shipping regulations.

3. Refund / Return Policy

As each piece is uniquely crafted to your specifications and cannot be resold, we do not accept returns or exchanges for custom – made items. This policy is in accordance with consumer rights regulations that exempt personalized goods from standard withdrawal rights.

Exceptional Circumstances: If within 24 hours after the product is signed for, it is found that the product has a non – human – caused craftsmanship defect that renders the jewelry unusable, the consumer can contact Yimi’s Pawfect by providing relevant evidence (such as comparison photos, defect videos). Yimi’s Pawfect will provide corresponding solutions based on the actual situation, subject to the communication between both parties.

4.Intellectual Property Rights

4.1 Your Materials

You warrant that you own the rights to all photos and images you provide and grant us a license to use them solely to fulfill your order. You are responsible for their legality.

4.2Your Rights

After full payment, you receive:

Full ownership of the physical custom jewelry.

A personal use license for the artwork design. You may use it for private sharing and collection, but NOT for any commercial purpose (e.g., resale, advertising).

4.3Our Rights

We retain all IP rights to all sketches, source files, and unused drafts created during the design process.

We reserve the right to use the final product in our portfolio, website, and marketing (typically anonymized).
