To ensure the high – degree resemblance of the portraits, all Yimi’s Pawfect works are painstakingly crafted by Yimi alone, without any assistance from other workers.As a result, the number of orders taken each time is limited.Customers who have successfully placed an order and are in the queue will need to wait for YIMI to craft your jewelry order.

Your custom journey unfolds in two dedicated stages:

Stage 1: Hand-Painted Portrait Creation

Stage 2: Jewelry Crafting & Final Assembly

Current Processing Time: 2-4 weeks from the date of order confirmation.these timelines are approximate and subject to change.

  • Shipping Time & Global Free Shipping

Once your piece is perfected, it will be dispatched with our care.

Shipping Method: We ship globally via reliable postal and courier services (e.g., International Priority Mail, or other tracked services).

Global Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping worldwide on all orders. This is our commitment to sharing the love for pets everywhere.

Estimated Transit Time: After dispatch, please allow approximately 10-15 business days for shipping and final delivery. This timeframe can vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Please Note: These timeframes are estimates. During peak seasons or due to unforeseen global events, delays may occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

  • Address Accuracy

You are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Yimi’s Pawfect is not responsible for items lost, delayed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Any fees required for re-shipping in such cases will be the responsibility of the customer.

  • Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send a confirmation email with your unique tracking number and a link to track your package. You can use this to monitor the logistics progress in real-time.

  • Shipping Delays

While we ensure your item is dispatched correctly, delays can occasionally happen due to customs clearance, postal service disruptions, or force majeure events.

Delays: If your tracking information has not updated for over 20 business days beyond the estimated delivery date, please contact us with your order number and tracking details. We will gladly assist in investigating the status with the carrier.
