As each piece is uniquely crafted to your specifications and cannot be resold, we do not accept returns or exchanges for custom – made items. This policy is in accordance with consumer rights regulations that exempt personalized goods from standard withdrawal rights.
- Exceptional Circumstances:
If within 24 hours after the product is signed for, it is found that the product has a non – human – caused craftsmanship defect that renders the jewelry unusable, the consumer can contact Yimi’s Pawfect by providing relevant evidence (such as comparison photos, defect videos). Yimi’s Pawfect will provide corresponding solutions based on the actual situation, subject to the communication between both parties.
